Macro, Mezzo, and Micro Interactions

The online ordering experience can range from fast food to grocery shopping. During the pandemic online ordering saw an increase in use by almost all companies that offered it. Still many shoppers have showed and still show major frustrations with the online ordering and pickup process. My team sought to improve the pickup experience.
