Adoption Strategy

An Enterprise Journey

Growing Human-centered design in an enterprise can be quite the feat. When it comes to the implementation of new ways of working, it's important to understand how these new ways of working are impacting the employee or customer. Additionally, we should be ensuring that those taught in the practice are confident and empowered to use the skills they've learned. 

 

For this project it was important to gauge our base of adoption while also discovering the vast ways of working using the Design Thinking practice, that were already being implemented within the enterprise. Allowing for visibility into the value of Design Thinking on a grander scale. Thus, leading to effective change management.
